Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship to most countries including Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. The best way to find out the shipping cost is to place the items you wish to purchase on SininLinen.com into the shopping cart. At the bottom of the page it will automatically generate the shipping cost for you.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
This depends on the shipping method you have chosen. We usually have orders processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving them. From there it will take between 1 and 6 business days to be delivered. Once you order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you track your package online with UPS, FedEx or USPS the shipping company will provide a delivery date.
On international shipments do you charge duties?
We do not charge any taxes or duties but customs might. The amount charged depends on how much you ordered and the country you live in. To calculate your Taxes and Duties please visit http://www.dutycalculator.com.
Do you have a retailer in my country?
We have retailers all around the world so it is likely that we have one near you. Please visit our store locator page (http://dreamylinens.com/SinInLinenRetailers.aspx) to see if we have a retailer near you. If it happens that we don’t have a retailer in your area please send us some suggestions of stores that would be a good fit for our products.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Right now we are not able to offer gift wrapping.
Can I call Sin in Linen and talk to a person?
Yes! No automated systems here, unless we are out of the office then you may reach our answering machine. Call our office at 206.935.2079 and Sarah our Customer Service person would be happy to answer your questions.
I am a store owner and I would like to carry your products in my store, what do I do?

Do you have a store?
We do not currently have our own store but we do sell to stores all around the world. Please visit our Store Locator page (http://dreamylinens.com/SinInLinenRetailers.aspx) to find a store near you.
But you have an address listed on your website?
Any address you may find for us online is our office or mailing location. We do not sell items from either of those locations but we do sometimes sell at local Seattle events. To find out more about these events please sign up for our mailing list.
How do I return my order?
Send us an email through the contact form and we will send you our return information and Return Authorization Number.

Can I call you to place an order?
We do accept orders over the phone. The orders are punched into the website so if you would like to skip a step please order directly through the website.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, it is very safe. We have very strict privacy policies here at Sin in Linen and all our servers are secure. If you are nervous you can choose to pay with Paypal.
What is a Full sheet set?
A Full Sheet Set is meant to fit a bed that is in between the sizes Twin and Queen. Our Full size sheets are made to fit a 54 x 75 in/ 137.1 x 190.5 cm mattress.
I have a Single or Double bed, what size should I order?
If you have a Single anything Twin size is right for your bed. If you have a Double anything Full size is right for your bed.
Do you sell Doona covers?

What is your current coupon code/how do I get it?
